In this phase, we will work together to scope out the steps to success and design a process flow that will get your business to the end goal much faster, by implementing AI solutions. Once we have this process timeline , we will work together to inject customized AI tools and solutions that best fit your business. This Planning and Customization phase ends when YOU have an AI-driven-plan to solve your business objectives on your desk.

AI Model Development and Training

Our engineering team will develop AI and/or machine learning models, many models. We call them “CHAMPIONS” and “CHALLENGERS”. These different models are supposed to help you achieve your goals and create benefits outlined in the AI-driven-plan that was created in the previous step.

This step has 2 sub-steps: model development, also know as “model training”, and model testing to measure model performance, it’s accuracy, and usefulness.

AI Integration and Implementation

After the models have been trained (developed) and tested, our team of engineers will meet with your team to discuss which AI models should be implemented. Both teams can decide to implement the best model from the rest, according to the model performance comparison, or both teams can decide to implement multiple different models and monitor how the are doing over time. A key decision here is to determine where the model(s) will live going forward. Model(s) can be hosted on your internal servers, or cloud solutions like AWS, or Microsoft Azure.

At the end, your team will receive model outputs to empower Your Business and help you achieve success faster. Our teams will work together to Integrate those model outputs with existing processes, dashboards, apps, analytical tools.
